Corey Kluber (4.19 ERA, 37 K) - Justin Verlander (4.60 ERA, 30 K)
The 2014 AL Cy Young Award winner was the first Cleveland pitches to reach three wins, striking out 10 over seven innings in a 4-3 victory over Houston on Thursday. On the flip side, Kluber is allowing a carrer-high 1.57 homers per nine innings. Kluber struck out a season-high 10 over seven innings in his most recent start against Astros. Verlander allowed an unearned run on five hits over seven innings with eight strikeouts against the Mariners in his last start. More interesting was the mix, with a heavy dose of mid and upper-90s fastballs and few changeups.
