Trevor Bauer (2-3, 7.67 ERA 31 K) - Marcus Stroman (2-2, 3.89 ERA 30K)
Bauer only lasted four innings and allowed seven runs on seven hits against the Tigers in his last start a week ago. Manager Terry Francona said Bauer may throw an extra side session before his next start. Bauer has made three career starts against Toronto, going 1-1 with a 6.27 ERA. After being removed from his last start on Wednesday due to armpit tightness, Stroman will look to bounce back as Toronto begins a nine-game homestand. He owns a 3.52 ERA in three career outings, two starts, against Cleveland. Stroman already has two complete games. Four other American League pitches have one each.
